RemindShot is a screenshot reminder app by Zeitio for Android users who save screenshots as future tasks, shopping decisions, study notes, documents, events, and other visual follow-ups. The app is designed to turn a saved image into a reminder with searchable OCR text, a useful title, an organized category, and a notification time.

Support can help with screenshot upload questions, camera capture issues, OCR and AI title behavior, smart categories, reminder timing, local notifications, optional email reminders, premium access, restore purchase questions, account deletion, and privacy requests. Screenshots may contain personal information, so avoid sending sensitive images unless support specifically asks for a sample and you are comfortable sharing it.

Expected response

Messages are reviewed as soon as practical. Account deletion, privacy, and subscription requests may take longer because they can require account verification or checks with app store subscription systems.
