Before contacting support

For upload or camera issues, check that the app has the permissions requested by Android. For notification issues, confirm that notifications are allowed for RemindShot and that device battery settings are not blocking background delivery. For subscription questions, check the Google Play account used for purchase and whether the app store shows an active subscription.

Contact support

Email remindshot@zeitio.com. Include your device model, Android version, app version, account email if applicable, and a short description of the issue. If a reminder did not arrive, include the reminder time, time zone, whether the app was recently reinstalled, and whether email reminders were enabled.

Response timeline

Support requests are reviewed as soon as practical. Account deletion and privacy requests may require verification before completion.

Privacy and screenshot safety

Screenshots can include personal details such as receipts, account pages, addresses, messages, or documents. Please do not email sensitive screenshots unless they are needed for troubleshooting and you are comfortable sharing them. Support will never ask for passwords or payment card numbers.

Account deletion and data requests

Account deletion and privacy requests can be sent to the same support email. To protect users, RemindShot may ask you to verify ownership of the account before deleting or changing account data.
