What data may be collected

• Account information such as email address or authentication identifiers.
• Uploaded screenshots, camera captures, OCR text, AI-generated titles, smart categories, and reminder notes.
• Reminder schedules, notification preferences, and optional email reminder addresses.
• Subscription and premium entitlement status through app store and RevenueCat integrations.
• Analytics events, crash logs, device diagnostics, and support communications.

Why data is collected

Data is collected to create reminders, organize screenshots, provide OCR and AI features, send notifications and optional emails, manage subscriptions, back up user content, troubleshoot issues, and improve app reliability.

Whether data is shared

RemindShot does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers needed to run the app, including Firebase, RevenueCat, analytics, crash reporting, notification, and email systems.

Security practices

RemindShot uses provider security controls, access controls, and encrypted connections where supported by platform services. Access to operational data is limited to what is needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the app.

Account deletion

In-app account deletion is not available yet. Users can request account deletion by contacting contact@zeitio.com.

Screenshot deletion

Users can delete individual reminders or screenshots where app controls are available. Deleted data may remain briefly in backups, logs, or provider systems before routine cleanup.

Subscription data

Subscription status may be retained as required for entitlement management, fraud prevention, financial records, tax compliance, app store obligations, and support.
