Use of the app

RemindShot is provided for personal productivity use. Users are responsible for the screenshots they upload, the reminder times they choose, and how they use app outputs.

Account responsibility

Users are responsible for maintaining access to their account, keeping account information accurate, and promptly reporting unauthorized access.

Free limit and premium features

The free plan includes 5 screenshot reminders per month. Premium includes 100 screenshot reminders per month, AI title generation, smart categories, smart reminder suggestions, optional email reminder backup, and cloud backup.

Subscriptions

Subscription prices, billing periods, trials, renewals, refunds, and cancellation rules are controlled by the relevant app store and any configured subscription provider such as RevenueCat.

Acceptable use

Users must not misuse the app, upload illegal content, attempt to disrupt services, reverse engineer protected systems, or use RemindShot to violate another person's rights.

AI and OCR limitations

OCR and AI-generated titles, categories, and timing suggestions may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or unsuitable for a specific purpose. Users should review important reminders manually.

Reminder delivery

Device notification delivery can be affected by user settings, notification permissions, battery rules, operating system limits, connectivity, and other device conditions. Premium users may enable email reminders as an additional delivery channel. When enabled, RemindShot sends reminder emails to the configured email address even if a device notification is not shown. Email delivery can still be affected by email provider filtering, spam folders, invalid addresses, and network or provider outages.

Termination

Access may be suspended or terminated if a user violates these terms, creates security risk, abuses support, or uses the app unlawfully.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, RemindShot is provided without warranties and liability is limited for missed reminders, data loss, inaccurate AI/OCR results, interruption, or indirect damages.
